Sangyup Choi is an Associate Professor at the School of Economics of Yonsei University. His primary field of research is macro-finance and international finance. His research, thus far, has focused on financial market imperfections, fluctuations in uncertainty, transmission channels of monetary and fiscal policy and their international spillovers, and the interaction between housing markets and the macroeconomy. He joined Yonsei University in 2017, moving from IMF. He received a Ph.D. in Economics from UCLA in 2015, a B.A. in Economics from Yonsei University in 2009, and studied at UC Berkeley from 2007 to 2008.
Junghyuk Lee is a PhD student in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania, currently on leave from the Bank of Korea, where he has worked since 2022. At the Bank of Korea, he served in the Financial Stability Department, the Monetary Policy Board Secretariat, the Office of Economic Modeling and Policy Analysis, and the Research Department. His research focuses on macroeconomics and housing markets. He received his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Applied Statistics from Yonsei University in 2022.
