By downloading, installing, or using the Khmer Kid mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including parents, guardians, and any person who accesses the App on behalf of a child.
Khmer Kid is intended for:
Children aged 2–6 years old, under direct parental or guardian supervision
Parents and guardians managing their child's learning and development
By using this App, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or
You are using the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms
3.1 Free Version
The free version of Khmer Kid includes access to a limited set of lessons, games, and stories. Advertisements may be displayed in the free version.
3.2 Full Access Purchase
A one-time purchase unlocks full access to all content including:
All lessons, games, and stories
All parent mode features
Ad-free experience
3.3 Payment and Billing
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store
Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase
This is a one-time payment — there is no subscription or recurring charge
You will not be charged again after your initial purchase
3.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
3.5 Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the App or use a new device, you can restore your purchase at any time using the Restore Purchase button in the App settings.
4.1 Our Content
All content in the Khmer Kid App — including lessons, games, stories, illustrations, audio recordings, and text — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App
Modify, translate, or create derivative works from our content
Use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission
4.2 Khmer Language Content
The Khmer language content in this App is provided for educational purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but we recommend consulting a qualified Khmer language teacher for formal language instruction.
4.3 Health and Development Content
Content related to child growth, development milestones, vaccine schedules, sleep, and feeding is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions regarding your child.
By using Khmer Kid, you agree to:
Use the App only for its intended educational purpose
Supervise your child's use of the App at all times
Keep your device secure to protect your family's locally stored data
Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or tamper with the App
Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.1 Educational Content
Khmer Kid is an educational tool designed to supplement — not replace — formal language education and parental teaching. Results may vary depending on frequency of use and the child's individual development.
7.2 Health Information
Growth charts, vaccine checklists, sleep recommendations, and feeding guides in the App are based on general guidelines. They are not medical advice. Always consult your doctor or health center in Cambodia for guidance specific to your child.
7.3 App Availability
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khmer Kid and its developer shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
Any loss of data due to device failure, accidental deletion, or App uninstallation
Any decisions made based on health, development, or educational content in the App
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
