1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Khelo English: Word Antakshari (the “Application”), developed by SkillarCode E-Learning (Arif Ansari) (the “Service Provider”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Use of the Application

The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree to use the Application in a lawful manner and only for its intended purpose as a word-based local multiplayer game.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design elements, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Application belong to the Service Provider.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Application

• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the source code

• Create derivative versions of the Application

without prior written permission from the Service Provider.

4. Updates and Modifications

The Service Provider may update or modify the Application from time to time to improve functionality or maintain compatibility with newer operating systems.

You agree to install updates when they are made available to continue using the Application properly.

5. Internet and Network Usage

Some features of the Application may require an active internet connection, such as:

• Word validation through an online dictionary

The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality caused by lack of internet access or data limitations.

Any data charges imposed by your network provider are your responsibility.

6. Device Responsibility and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

The Service Provider recommends not modifying your device’s operating system (such as rooting or jailbreaking), as this may affect the Application’s performance or security.

7. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that are governed by their own terms and policies.

Use of the Application is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Termination

The Service Provider may stop providing the Application or terminate access at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Application.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically.

Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms
