Khelo English: Word Antakshari is a local multiplayer word game designed for face-to-face group play.

It is a social vocabulary-based game where players form English words by following a simple last-letter rule.

The Inspiration

Khelo English is inspired by the classic Indian game Antakshari and the international concept of Word Chain.

Just like Antakshari follows a last-letter rule, this game applies the same idea to English words. The focus is on word usage during play rather than memorization or formal learning.

How to Play

• 2 to 6 players sit together and take turns

• The first player says an English word (for example: GAME)

• The next player must say a new word starting with the last letter (for example: EAGLE)

• A player who cannot continue is eliminated

• The last remaining player wins the round
