Art as Argument

Artists Statement: Why would i be creating this art? I am creating this piece of art to represent the importance of family. I believe family is one of the most important things in life that a person needs. Just a loving and supporting cast to help and guide you with life. My vision will be a collage of photos that represent family to show the importance of having a family. I expect my audience to look at the photos and be moved by my topic to agree with me that family is an important aspect in life and agree that everyone needs them. My work may not be completely original, but I have never seen anyone complete this, so I think it stands pretty well with previous art. My art will fit pretty well with current art because I feel like this is something new nobody has seen before. Well, I have not figured out how it fits in with the history of art, but I know that it could go down in the history of art.
