Mini-burgers - Sliders
The American classic burger in small form. Made on our own house made mini-buns you can choose from a variety of meats. The toppings are normally as described, however please let us know if you would like them customized. One tray of mini-burgers will have 45 - 48 mini-burgers.

Mini-Tacos
One or two bites of a mini soft shell flour tortilla filled with your choice of meat or re-fried beans. Regularly topped with a bit of cheese, salsa, sour, cream, lettuce and tomato. Please let use know if you would like to customize the toppings.

Sausage/Cheese Meatballs
These meatballs or filled with the sausage of your choice and a lot of cheese!! Served on a toothpick with a slice of pickle, the flavors blend perfectly in one bite. You can choose from several of sausage meat, mix and match or get all of the same flavor as well as top it with a cherry tomato or olive. Please talk with us about customizing the item to your tastes.

This is an all pork sausage and the primary flavors are black pepper and sage.
Beef Breakfast Sausage
This is an All-Beef alternative version of the American Breakfast Sausage above. Great for people with dietary restrictions against eating pork products. This is an all beef sausage and the primary flavors are sage, black pepper and thyme.
Sweet Italian Sausage
Most Americans will recognize the flavor of Sweet Italian sausage from sausage pizza. This is an all pork sausage and the primary flavors are black pepper and fennel.
Hot Italian
A spicier version of the sweet Italian sausage above for those of you that enjoy a bit of heat. This is an all pork sausage with black pepper, fennel, and chili pepper flakes.
Mexican Chorizo
Our version is made with a mix of pork and beef and seasoned with cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder, vinegar and other herbs and spices.
Ginger and Garlic
For a more Asian style flavor, this all pork sausage primary flavors are ginger and garlic.
