Bulk Sausage is ground meat with herbs and spices WITHOUT casings. Our sausage is made with fresh pork (and beef where indicated), vacuumed packed in 0.5 kg packages, and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.

American Breakfast Sausage with Sage

This homemade breakfast sausage is typically formed into patties, fried, and served with eggs and/or pancakes for a hearty breakfast. It is also the sausage used to make the gravy part of the southern favorite, biscuits and gravy. This is an all pork sausage and the primary flavors are black pepper and sage.

Beef Breakfast Sausage

This is an All-Beef alternative version of the American Breakfast Sausage above. Great for people with dietary restrictions against eating pork products. This is an all beef sausage and the primary flavors are sage, black pepper and thyme.

Sweet Italian Sausage

Most Americans will recognize the flavor of Sweet Italian sausage from sausage pizza, but it is great in any number of dishes, including pasta sauce. This is an all pork sausage and the primary flavors are black pepper and fennel.

Hot Italian

A spicier version of the sweet Italian sausage above for those of you that enjoy a bit of heat. This is also a great pizza topping or addition to your favorite pasta sauce recipe. This is an all pork sausage with black pepper, fennel, and chili pepper flakes.

Mexican Chorizo

This is a highly spiced sausage that has its roots in the Iberian peninsula of Europe. It was brought to the New World early in the Spanish colonization, and became a staple sausage product of Mexico. In Mexico, this is most often made as a fresh sausage, and is used in many dishes. It is especially good for breakfast with scrambled eggs. Our version is made with a mix of pork and beef and seasoned with cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder, vinegar and other herbs and spices.

Ginger and Garlic

For a more Asian style flavor, this ginger and garlic sausage will work well with your rice or noodle dishes. As the name implies, this all pork sausage primary flavors are ginger and garlic.
