How to Register as a Hosted Buyer:

Complete and submit the Online Registration Form.
The KITA - KGSF 2025 Secretariat Office will review your application and notify you of your invitation status individually.
If additional information or clarification is required, our team may contact you directly.

Important Notes:

Submitting the buyer registration form for the 1:1 Business Matching Program does not guarantee participation. Hosted Buyer status is confirmed only upon receipt of an official confirmation letter from the KITA - KGSF 2025 Secretariat Office.
Once confirmed, you are kindly requested to fully cooperate with KITA's pre-arrangement process and related requests. Lack of cooperation or failure to meet preparation deadlines may result in cancellation of your participation.

If you are unable to attend after receiving final confirmation, please inform us promptly and suggest an alternative colleague to attend in your place.

The internal review will be conducted based on the information provided in your application form. We kindly request you to complete it with the utmost sincerity.
