Instructions:

• Every participant has to provide a letter of recommendation, except for faculty members/researchers or  those who are from IIT KGP.

• Participants will be selected on the basis of their research interests, motivation statement and the letter of recommendation.

• Participants can choose to attend either only the summer school [8-10 June 2023] or both the meeting/conference and the short summer school [5-10 June 2023].

• Participants can present posters. These posters will be displayed for the entire duration of the meeting and the summer school [5-10 June 2023] (for those who are attending both) or the summer school alone [8-10 June 2023] (for those who are attending only the summer school).

• The participants will have to cover the cost of accommodation, food and travel. We will try our best to provide a convenient (and a standard) option of food. Student participants will be accommodated in the Institute student hostel, whose cost is reasonably low, approximately 250 INR per night (to be updated later). For faculty/researchers/scientists we will try to arrange accommodation in the institute guest house.

We have requested funding agencies for a financial support. If approved, then we might be able to cover some of the expenses related to your participation (on a case-by-case basis). 

• More detailed information will be provided on the website close to the deadline of the application or will be communicated directly to the selected participants.
