Empathy gaining and Prototyping

Here a field experience in empathy gaining. This was from an assignment I had done in computer science course from the university of Cape Town. This is only to showcase my experience in design phase of a software. From interviews - gaining empathy which is important for understanding our users and what they want. The final part was prototyping before wireframing.
