Why We Exist

It shall be our purpose to further the exchange of information and cooperation between members, to promote radio knowledge, fraternalism, individual operating efficiency, and to conduct club programs and activities to advance the general interest and welfare of amateur radio in accordance with the needs of the community within the regulations established by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). 

What We Do

Field Day

Held fourth weekend in June each year showcases Amateur Radio operators ability to operate in the field without the use of public utilities.

POTA/SOTA

Parks on the Air/Summits on the Air. Amateur Radio Operators operating from State or Federal Parks or on top of mountains.


Marathons

Assisting officials during the conduct of running events to assist in the safety of the runners.


Winlink Wednesdays

Operating from the King George Emergency Operations Center (EOC) to ensure we are able to forward emergency messages during disasters.
