KF6HTE Repeater Updates

Update from Andy, KF6TJR: After the club meeting on Saturday (9 Feb. 2019), Jim, N6BHX, and I moved the Martinez Repeater KF6HTE to its final home at the Harbor View site! Right now it is temporarily installed, but we have a plan for a full cabinet for the shelter. You should notice a significant improvement in Talk In and Talk Out!
