The Structure:

• • Base Travel (Zone 1): Starting at $100.

  • Variable Factors: 

  • Quotes are calculated based on mileage, document volume, and time of day.

  • Urgency Fees:

    • Standard (24hr notice): Base Rate

    • Same-Day / 2-Hour Rush: + Premium Applied

    • Emergency / After-Hours (Before 9am and after 5pm, +Weekends) / Holidays / Severe Weather : + Premium Applied

Payment Policy

• Quotes are confirmed via text/email before booking. Payment is required in full before travel begins. We accept Stripe, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Cash App.

On-Site Time Allowance

• Appointments include 15 minutes of on-site time. Time beyond this allowance is billed at $2 per additional minute and is due upon completion of the notarization.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are fully prepared and signers are ready upon arrival.

Document Printing

• If printing is requested or required, each print job is $25 per document set, payable at the time of service. Clients are encouraged to have all documents printed and prepared in advance.

Definition of a Document Set

• A document set is one complete printed copy of a document or transaction, regardless of the number of pages. Each additional copy or separate document is considered a separate document set.

Local Courtesy Payment Options

• Cash or check may be accepted upon arrival only for local appointments and must be approved in advance.

• Appointments requiring more than 15 minutes of travel require advance payment.

• Same-day, after-hours, and emergency requests may also require prepayment.
