Do you have an office? No. We are a 100% mobile service. We meet you at your location for your convenience.
Can you give legal advice? No. By law, Pennsylvania Notaries cannot provide legal advice or draft documents.
What is a 'Zone' fee? Our travel fee is based on the distance from our Lancaster base (17603).
Do you provide witnesses? No. If your document requires witnesses, you must have them present. They must also have valid IDs.
Why must I pay before you travel? Our schedule is tightly managed. Pre-payment secures your time slot and covers travel logistics.
Can you notarize a document that is already signed? No. All signers must sign the document in the physical (or digital) presence of the notary unless stated otherwise in the certificate language.
What forms of ID do you accept? Current, unexpired Driver’s Licenses, State IDs, or Passports.
Do you handle PennDOT titles? We notarize the signatures on titles; we do not provide tags or instant processing.
What if the signer is in a hospital? We perform facility signings daily. Please ensure the signer is alert and capable of signing.
Is the deposit refundable? Deposits are non-refundable if the notary has already departed for the appointment or if the signer lacks proper ID/paperwork upon arrival.
