Welcome to Key Fort: 2FA Authenticator ("App"), operated by Kinglets Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License & Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Key Fort for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights, title, and intellectual property in the App (including code, graphics, and design) remain the exclusive property of Kinglets Technologies. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the App.
2. Security & User Responsibility
Key Fort is a local, time-based one-time password (TOTP) utility.
You are solely responsible for securing your device and safeguarding your backup keys, QR codes, and 2FA secrets.
Because 2FA keys are generated directly on your device, we cannot recover or restore lost authentication keys if you lose access to your device without a backup.
3. In-App Purchases (IAP) & Subscriptions
The App may offer premium features or ad-free access via In-App Purchases ("IAP").
Billing: All payments, subscriptions, and refunds are processed exclusively through the Google Play Store Billing system.
Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s standard Refund Policy. You may manage or cancel subscriptions anytime via your Google Play account settings.
4. Advertisements & Third-Party Content
The App may display third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob or authorized ad networks. We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party ad content, products, or services. Interacting with advertisements is strictly at your own discretion.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that generated OTP codes will prevent all unauthorized account access.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kinglets Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, data loss, device corruption, or unauthorized account access.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or our operations.
