I am a Senior Researcher at the Population Wellbeing Initiative of the University of Texas at Austin and a Senior Research Affiliate of the Global Priorities Institute at the University of Oxford. My research interests are in applied macroeconomics, agricultural and environmental economics, and welfare economics. I have work on long-run economic and demographic change, climate and sustainability issues, and animal agriculture.
