I am a Senior Researcher at the Population Wellbeing Initiative of the University of Texas at Austin and a Senior Research Affiliate of the Global Priorities Institute at the University of Oxford. My research interests are in agricultural and environmental economics, applied macroeconomics, and welfare economics. I have work on climate and sustainability issues, animal agriculture, and long-run economic and demographic change.

This summer, I am co-organizing a conference at Brown University on the economics of animal welfare, especially as it pertains to externalities in the agricultural sector. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
