Meet the Board🐾

I'm Sara :)  I have been on the KESPC board for 3 years & volunteering since 2018. This is my first year serving as President.  I have three great kids in 8th, 4th & 3rd grades who stay busy with soccer, dance, scouts & academics. We have a pitbull Callie & a black cat Bear who make us laugh everyday. You may see me around as a substitute for KASD & BHASD schools which I have enjoyed the past few years. I love working with kids and have for about 30 years. Outside of KESPC I enjoy volunteering with Lasagna Love, Be My Eyes, fostering & coordinating transports for animal shelters & helping anywhere I can. I love crafting, cooking, baking, gardening, running my two home businesses, live music and going on adventures with my kids. Our favorite places to go together are Connecticut, Fenwick Island & Knoebels! I hope to make this year a fun & memorable one for KES families :) 

Hi, I’m Amber! I’m a proud mom to two daughters, Teagan and Daisy. Our family stays busy with school activities, cheerleading, and making lots of fun memories together. I work as an Occupational therapy assistant, help coach my daughters cheer squad, and love being involved in our school community. I look forward to helping support our students, teachers, and families throughout the year! 

This is Linda's second year on the board and her first year as secretary. She's an alumni to kutztown and a proud momma of 3 boys and 1 daughter. She enjoys coaching cheerleading and volunteering in the community. When not coaching, she enjoys watching her kids play sports, spending quality family time, running her own business, and playing fetch with armani (goldie)the family fur baby. "I'm excited for this year and all the fun plans we are working on for the students and staff." 

Hi, KES families! I’m Shamara Mañón-Hernandez, and I’m so excited to serve as the KES Parent’s Club Treasurer this school year!

I’ve been a stay-at-home mom for the past year, and before that I spent 13 years in the banking industry, where I held a variety of roles from Teller to Lending Operations Manager. I’m thankful for the opportunity to use my financial and organizational experience to support our Parents Club and help make this a great year for our students.

My husband and I have three amazing kids and a golden retriever, Stella, who definitely keeps life interesting! When I’m not busy with family life, you’ll probably find me planning our next Disney adventure, working on my photography, or enjoying time with friends and family.

I’m looking forward to getting to know more KES families and working alongside our incredible volunteers and staff to create fun, meaningful experiences for our students. Here’s to a wonderful school year!
