Welcome to Kutztown Elementary School Parents Club! The Kutztown Elementary School Parents Club (KESPC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization comprised of families within Kutztown Elementary School. We actively support the local school community through events, fundraising efforts, family activities and volunteer opportunities. All families of KES students are members of KESPC!
