Programs

KESA executive have both the responsibilities of building on programs and traditions that have helped its members in the past and also by coming up with new ways and projects to help our honored members

In Executive Year of the 2018 / 2019 the KESA team was able to carry out a total of 20 official programs under the KESA flag and they were as follows an average of at least 1 program per month

1. Jamuhuri Day Celebration (Representative Capacity) 2018
2. Daawa Program -Received Sheikh Izudin Alwy Din for a Seminar.
3. Daawa - Received Sheikh Abu Hamza and other scholars for a Seminar.
4. Ladies - Conducted First Ever Sports Day Fully Governed by our Female Executive.
5. First Semester Travel Duties - for the first time ever the KESA executive were mandated by the university to oversee all travel procedures for students travelling during the first semester.
6. Charity Cup - Held a tournament to help raise funds for an orphanage here in Sudan.
7. Hajj simulation - Conducted a Practical Training section to help our members on how to properly conduct HAJJ a mandatory obligation for those able to the Islamic Faith.
8. First Debate - Held a controversial and very educational learning debate on how Feminism is perceived in Sudan.
9. Ladies Retreat - Held a outdoor program for our Females members to better promote unity in the Association.
10. Pre-Ramadhan workshop - Conducted a 2 day workshop in collaboration with the National Association of Osun State Students in Sudan (NAOSS) on both soft skills and how to best prepare for The Holy Month of Ramadhan.
11. Quran Competition - Conducted the Annual Quran Competition that was a week long in the month of ramadhan to check and award memorization of the Holy Quran.
12. First Iftar - Conducted the First All Kenyan Iftar program at welcome to Islam o the last day of the Quran Competition to promote unity among our members.
13. Second Iftar - Conducted our second Iftar program for the Ramadhan initiative at the Kenyan Embassy in Sudan.
14. Eid al Adha Dinner - Conducted a special diner to commemorate the Eid celebrations.
15. Second Debate - Conducted a very educative panel on the impact of education
16. Grand Graduation Ceremony - conducted a rare program that oversaw the graduation celebration for Kenyans who finished in the the year 2019 from very different faculties at the International University of Africa
17. Receiving of New Students
18. Inter Faculty - Conducted a lively inter faculty tournament at the international University of Africa between the various faculties with Faculty of Economics emerging as winners and the Faculty of Education taking runners up.
19. Culture Day - Conducted the annual cultural celebration at the international university of Africa to celebrate the Kenya culture with help from the very active Kenyan community associations (LASASU, KESSAS, KESSA, IBSE KUSA,)
