Booking Policy

1. Booking and Appointments

All bookings will be reviewed by Kerry Wright Nail Artist before your appointment is secured. A booking fee will be required to confirm your appointment. All booking fees are non refundable. Please ensure you book the correct services for your needs. I do not work on other nail techs work so if you arrive with another salon's/techs nails on when you haven't booked a removal service it will result in your appointment being cancelled and the loss of your booking fee. Appointments are for the named client only. Please arrive on time for your appointment - not early, as this may disturb other clients as I work on a one to one basis. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation at my discretion. If the appointment needs to be cancelled due to lack of time then you forfeit your booking fee.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

For NEW clients & non regulars. - I require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows me to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit any booking fee paid.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in full payment of the remaining balance to be paid in full before future bookings can be made. Or to keep future bookings. This is for all clients.  

If you are a long term regular client I do not take deposits as you book far in advance but on the understanding by checking the box of the T&Cs you're agreeing to the following policy. You will be required to pay 50% of your appointment cost if cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hrs and 100% if cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hrs. If you do not then your future appointments will be cancelled nor any new ones made until payment has been made.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the end of your appointment for the remaining cost. I accept cash or bank transfers before leaving your appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final payment. No refunds will be given for completed services. If you have concerns about your service, please raise them immediately so I can address them.

4. Health and Safety Requirements

You must have healthy nails to receive my services. If you are unsure whether or not your nails are healthy then please contact me before booking for me to confirm that they are suitable for me to work on. I reserve the right to refuse a service if nail health issues are present that could be worsened by treatment. and this also goes for skin infections, warts, verrucas etc. Please complete your consultation form before your appointment to avoid delays. This helps us provide safe and appropriate services for you. Children under 16 are not permitted at appointments unless specifically for prom nails, which must be discussed and agreed in advance. Please note regrettably my home salon has steps and is not wheelchair accessible. Please contact me if you have any mobility concerns.

5. Your Responsibilities

By booking with Kerry Wright Nail Artist, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please inform me of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment. This can be done on your consultation form. If I have any concerns I will contact you prior to your appointment. I am not responsible for any adverse reactions if you fail to disclose relevant information on your consultation form. Be aware anyone can become allergic to anything at any point in their life. So if you feel or think that you are having a reaction to the products then it is your responsibility to contact me ASAP to get the product removed and seek medical advice. You must also inform me of any changes needed to be made to your consultation form if new conditions/medication etc arise. Please respect my home salon environment and other clients by not arriving early, keeping noise to a minimum and not bringing additional guests without prior arrangement. 

6. Data Protection

I handle all client data in compliance with GDPR regulations. Your personal information and consultation details are kept confidential and secure. I will only use your contact details for appointment-related communications unless you opt in to marketing with myself.
