My name is Kerri Watts Flynn, and I’m originally from Birmingham, Alabama. However, I’m an avid traveler who has explored over 33 countries (and counting!). I love immersing myself in new cultures and meeting people from around the world. Most of all, I love learning.
That passion for learning naturally led me into teaching, where I spent seven years as a secondary international school teacher. My specialty is in Arts and Graphics. Having taught as a secondary teacher, I have understood the importance of taking a learner from the very beginning and guiding them step by step through a clear, engaging, and supportive learning journey. This experience shaped my approach to instructional design, where I focus on scaffolding content and creating meaningful learning experiences that meet learners exactly where they are. Of course, I sprinkle in a lot of creativity while I'm at it.
What you can expect from me is a goal-driven individual who enjoys a challenge and is committed to learners' success. Through my teaching career, I developed the ability to work closely with teams to problem-solve and design impactful learning experiences that blend creativity, technology, and pedagogy for all learners.
