If your home or business was damaged in the recent flooding across the state, take photos and report it to the Texas Division of Emergency Management online by visiting damage.tdem.texas.gov. You may request assistance in that report and this documentation will also help with your insurance claims and applying for aid programs. Officials use these reports to assess damage, support recovery efforts, and determine the state’s eligibility for various forms of federal disaster assistance.
