Any movement of spacecraft with transfer times greater than one in-game day must be announced in some form at the time of departure. Transit time in game will be measured and applied to roleplay time.
Interception is permitted if demonstrated as possible.
Players can colonize other bodies by sending kerbals en mass to their surface.
All interplanetary travel and spacecraft operations occur in RP time. (E.g A year long transfer takes 14 days, a month long takes 24 hours.)
A population is required to establish, maintain or expand a colony. Population grows at a rate of 1% per year, or 3% with the fertile perk.
Players can choose to play as their colony primarily but must maintain a rump of kerbinside territory. Players deciding to return to Kerbin are entitled to the territory owned prior to leaving.
