Improved the Hub’s project management systems by coordinating a platform migration (into ClickUp), that streamlined workflows, increased task visibility, and strengthened team accountability.

Created a centralized external relations database to track company outreach, assign relationship owners, and improve coordination across partnership-building efforts.

Supported the Hub’s communications strategy by creating and publishing social media content that highlighted events, recruitment efforts, and community initiatives.

Introduced the first-ever student seminar series in our department, comprising of spring and summer sessions. Graduate students now had the opportunity to present their research in front of the entire department and receive constructive feedback on a bi-weekly basis.

Launched a comprehensive First Year Program initiative aimed at easing the transition for incoming graduate students.

Initiated a peer-to-peer mentorship program to facilitate knowledge sharing and support within the department.

Coordinated and executed the 37th and 38th Annual Research Symposium. A showcase event of chemical engineering graduate research that included student presenters, industry representatives and a keynote speaker who is a leader in the energy field.
