And that is my dog Luna. She often keeps me company while I work on my projects. She likes to snuggle in between the armrest of the couch and my hip, and rests her chin on my laptop so she can quietly judge my work.

My animals might be the reason I'm a bit of a neat freak. Between the two cats who like to knock everything to the floor every chance they get and the two dogs who refuse to pick up their toys, I am always busy cleaning up after them. I have to keep up on it, otherwise I'd find myself constantly stepping on the pop bottle caps that Tweetie likes to steal from me. As organized as I am, you'd think they would drive me crazy, but they're just so darn cute that I can't help but to love them even more.

Unfortunately, COVID-19 has prevented me from volunteering at the Special Olympic Summer Games for the 13th year in a row. Accessible design is very important to me. It's not always easy, but it is necessary and becoming more-so with the recent push for inclusivity. Plus, I enjoy a challenge.
