※If complaints are received by the police or the venue, the event may be cancelled.

※The organizer, venue, and performers will not be liable for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.

※Please note that official filming cameras will be present at the event and may be filmed.

※No food is allowed in the event venue.

※Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

※To prevent accidents and confusion on the day of the event, various restrictions may be imposed at the event.

※If you do not follow the directions or instructions of the staff, the event may be cancelled for safety reasons.

※Transportation and lodging expenses on the day of the event are to be borne by the client.

※If the event is deemed impossible due to force majeure, the event will be cancelled.

※The organizer will not be liable for damages or other compensation for any accidents or injuries that may occur during participation.

※In the event of damage or breakage of equipment or fixtures, we may charge you for repairs.

※The event will be cancelled if the organizer deems it impossible to hold the event due to weather or other natural disasters.

※警察・会場に苦情が寄せられた場合、イベントを中止させていただく場合がございます。

※会場内・外で発生した事故・盗難等は主催者・会場・出演者は一切責任を負いません。

※お手荷物、貴重品は各自で管理をお願い致します。

※イベントにはオフィシャルの撮影カメラが入るため、映り込む可能性がございます。

※イベント会場内での、食事は禁止です。

※危険物の持ち込みは固くお断り致します。

※当日の事故・混乱防止のため、イベントでは様々な制限を設けさせていただくことがございます。

※スタッフの案内や指示、または注意事項に反する場合、安全を考慮し、イベントが中止となる場合がございます。

※当日の交通費・宿泊費等はお客様負担となります。

※不可抗力の事由によりイベント不可能と判断された場合は、イベントを中止いたします。

※主催者は、参加中の事故や怪我などに対して損害賠償などの責任を負いません。

※会場を借用している事に際し、設備や備品など破損、損傷した際は、加修・修繕費をご請求する場合がございます。

※天候などの自然災害により、主催者が開催不可能と判断した際は、イベントを中止いたします。

<Handling of Personal Information＞

また、イベントにお申込み、ご参加いただいた方の個人情報を、電子データ（ファイル共有または媒体）にて、イベント関連企業に提供させていただきます。個人情報の提供を受けたイベント関連企業より製品やサービスに関する情報などのお知らせが届く場合がありますのでご了承ください。
