”KenDo！-Spirit”って何？

We will not only allow you to experience the traditional Japanese culture of kendo, but also to experience the heart and spirit of kendo. From children to adults! Enjoy the experience! This is a program that can be experienced by both children and adults.

日本の伝統文化である武道の剣道という競技を体験していただくのも勿論ですが、心や精神などといったことも体験していただく内容としています。子供から大人まで気軽に！楽しく！体験出来るプログラムです。

Kendo Philosophy

Learning kendo will help you learn courtesy/civility. You will become a better person. Become beautiful. Through the characteristics of kendo, we will become a healthy, peaceful and better society.

剣道を学ぶことで、礼儀/礼節が身につく。人が良くなる。美しくなる。剣道の特性を通じて、健全で平和でよりよい社会になる。

This is a program to experience the spirit of Budo and traditional Japanese culture through Kendo.

剣道を通じて武道の心、日本の伝統文化を体験していただくプログラムです。

体験プログラムのテーマ

「洗心」ｰSENSHINｰ

cleanse one's heart、心を洗い清める

It represents having a clean heart by removing dirt and bad feelings from the mind.

With a clean heart, we can treat others with humility and serenity.

心の中の汚れや悪い感情を取り除き、清らかな心を持つことを表します。

清潔な心でいれば、謙虚で穏やかに人に接することができます。

What is Kendo? The history of kendo, the difference between martial arts and sports? and more in a classroom setting.

剣道とは？剣道の歴史について、武道とスポーツの違い？などを座学で学びます。

You will be able to touch the thoughts and true intentions behind the kendo gears with your own hands.

剣道具に秘められた想いと本意にご自身の手で触れていただきます。

You will sweat and work hard in kendo practice under the guidance of a high-ranked instructor.

高段者の指導による剣道の稽古に汗をかいて励んでいただきます。

You will have the opportunity to practice and compete with high-ranked players. It is very powerful to watch in front of your eyes!

高段者による練習や試合を観戦していただきます。目の前で観ると迫力は凄いです！

We provide a place to take commemorative photos, talk over a cup of tea, and deepen mutual exchange and meet new people.

記念撮影やお茶を飲みながら話をしたり、相互交流を深めて新しい出逢いの場をご提供します。

Please note that the number of participants is limited to 10 and will be closed when the number of participants reaches 10 on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that the minimum number of participants is 3, and the event will not be held if there are not enough participants.

Please note that you will be notified by e-mail as to whether or not the event will be held and whether or not you are able to participate.
