As other marketing professionals can probably relate, I'm a busy body who wears a lot of hats! A few of the lovely hats I professionally wear include:

But I'm not just an obsessively organized marketing gal with a niche in the pet industry. I'm also proud to be the professional dog handler of the Colorado Avalanche Team Dog, a very dedicated dog mom, a Colorado native, and a woman of many hobbies.
To my craft, I bring a unique background in public relations with expertise in content writing, content strategy, public speaking, project management, blogging, social media management, and more.
With a deep passion for animals and a wealth of knowledge spanning many niches in the pet industry, I'm a pro at marketing pet services and products. I am committed to using my skills in marketing/communications to enhance the health, happiness, and well-being of companion animals and the humans who love them through the power of storytelling.

I have worked with major brands and organizations, including KONG Company, Freedom Service Dogs, BlogPaws, Bernie's Best, the American Animal Hospital Association, and Assistance Dogs International... just to name a few!
One of the blogs I manage, WAG: The Freedom Service Dogs Blog, was named the "2024 Dog Blog of the Year" by the Dog Writer's Association of America.
I am the handler/puppy raiser of the celebrity Colorado Avalanche Team Dog Maxy- a service dog in training with Freedom Service Dogs. Together, Maxy and I represent Freedom Service Dogs at Colorado Avalanche games and functions. Maxy is the third service dog in training I have raised!
I have been writing about pets for over eight years, with my first "professional" experience starting as a journalist and editor for my high school newspaper where I ran a pet column.
I am a social media guru and have professional and personal experience running multiple accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
In 2024, I successfully campaigned for my dog Winter to win the Westminster Kennel Club's "2024 Best at Home Contest" on Facebook and Instagram.
I have been managing and writing my own personal blog on Medium since 2021 and have several blog posts that rank #1 on Google search.
Along with my full-time job and side quests, I also run my own freelance writing and content marketing business for pet companies and have received raving reviews from my clients.
