Reiki Healing Attunements: 

Reiki attunements introduce specific healing frequencies into your energy system, supporting balance, restoration, and well-being. These attunements can be tailored to target particular areas of the body, emotions, or energetic patterns, allowing your system to receive the support it needs in a natural and integrated way. Reiki works gently to promote harmony, release blockages, and enhance your body’s innate healing abilities.

Soul Attunements:

Soul Attunements are gentle, intuitive sessions that work with energies accessed through your Akashic Records to support reconnection with your highest self. During a session, I access the Records to identify frequencies, qualities, or states of being that are most supportive for you at this time. These energies are then attuned into your field, guiding your system to receive what it needs naturally and seamlessly. Soul Attunements are not about fixing or changing you—they are about remembering.
