I’m Kendall, a Reiki Master Teacher, Ingham Method® Reflexologist, Certified Meditation & Breathwork Instructor, and Sound Therapist based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
My work is centered around one simple intention: helping people reconnect with themselves and create greater balance in mind, body, and soul.
I believe healing is deeply personal and that there is no single path that works for everyone. My approach brings together Reiki, reflexology, meditation, breathwork, and sound therapy to create a space where you can slow down, listen inward, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your own natural wisdom.
I have always felt a deep connection to Japan and the philosophy and healing traditions of the East. There is something beautiful about the emphasis on presence, simplicity, balance, and harmony with nature. These ideas continue to influence the way I approach my work and the healing space I hope to create for others.
In 2024, my husband and I went to Japan on our honeymoon, and I had the absolute honor of going to Mt. Kurama, the birthplace of Reiki, located near Kyoto.
The trek to the top of the mountain and back down, took around 5 hours roundtrip. The temples were gorgeous! The energy was amazing too, I found myself getting a burst of energy near the top and actually sprinted up the mountain until I found the spot that Master Usui sat and meditated at. I took time to sit there and meditate and I felt a deep connection to the Reiki energy. It was a magical experience.
On the way down, my legs have never felt so wobbly before! We were tired, but it was an awesome experience. When we got to the bottom, we found a place to go and have lunch and they even had a little store called Kurama Reiki. Amusingly, the lady who worked there didn't really know what Reiki was but said she knew that there was a master who developed it there.
I highly recommend a trip to the temples at Mt. Kurama if you get the chance.
