Welcome to the Kendal Chess Club 

Well done Kendal juniors Alexander and Christian for taking the top two places in the  Under 11 section of the Ulverston Junior Chess Tournament

The club is affiliated to the Cumbria Chess Association

 and plays in the Cumbria Chess League and in the Lancaster & Morecambe League.

We meet every Thursday evening from the beginning of September to the end of April 

from 7pm-10pm

 in the The Abbot Hall Social Centre, Dowker's Lane,Kendal LA9 5AF

We are a friendly club that welcomes all comers from beginner upwards.
