Kelloween takes place outdoors in the crisp, fall air.
An event tent will provide limited shelter from rain (or snow!) but be sure to come prepared.
Layer up, bring hand warmers, and grab a cup of hot cocoa to stay toasty!
Main Street will be closed to vehicle traffic from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Saturday, October 31st.
Located in the heart of Uptown Kellogg, the McConnell lot is the former site of the historic McConnell Hotel. Built in 1913, the hotel was once one of Kellogg’s grandest buildings, welcoming travelers, mining executives, and visitors to the booming Silver Valley. Over its century-long history, the building housed a variety of businesses and residences before being destroyed by fire in 2017.
Today, the vacant lot has found new purpose as a gathering space for community celebrations, festivals, and City events. These activities have brought renewed energy and foot traffic to Uptown Kellogg, supporting local businesses while keeping the legacy of this historic landmark alive.
