It all started with scarecrows.
Monica Miller and Brendan Bonner dreamed up Kelloween in 2023 while on a casual run to the top of Wardner. What started with a small scarecrow contest to draw attention to Kellogg's overlooked and underutilized downtown district has grown into a beloved Halloween tradition.
It takes a whole mess of bodies to make this event happen. Kelloween would not be possible without the following folks: Dave Smith Motors, Stovern Supply, P1FCU, The City of Kellogg, Kellogg Police Department, Shoshone County Sheriff's Office, Kellogg Public Works Department, Wuesthoff Signs and Stripes, The Inland Lounge, NW Family Church, Rotary Club of Kellogg, Painted by Mikayla, Silver Valley Independent Baptist Church, Heritage Health, LendNation, Rise and Shine Kellogg, Weeks Co. Lantern Library, and all the families, friends, and freaks that show up year after year to celebrate with us!
