Step 1: Book Your Appointment

Browse our services and book your appointment online through our secure booking system.

During booking, you'll be able to:

Select your desired service(s)
Choose your preferred date and time
Add nail art or enhancements
Select mobile or studio services (where available)
Pay any required deposit

Appointments are reserved only after all booking requirements have been completed.

Step 2: Complete Your Forms

After booking, you'll receive any required intake forms, waivers, or questionnaires.

Forms may include:

Client Intake Form
Service Waiver
Media Release
Health Questionnaire
Membership Enrollment (if applicable)

All required forms must be completed before your appointment. Appointments may be canceled if required forms are not received by the deadline outlined in our policies.

Step 3: Confirm Your Appointment

Appointment reminders will be sent through GlossGenius.

All appointments must be confirmed by 9:00 PM the day before your scheduled appointment.

Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled and offered to another client on the waitlist.

Step 4: Prepare For Your Appointment

Studio Appointments

Please arrive on time with clean hands and nails whenever possible.

If you're receiving a new set, consider removing old products beforehand if they were not applied by Keke's Nail Studio or book a soak-off service if needed.

Mobile Appointments

Please have:

A clean, well-lit workspace
Access to a standard electrical outlet
Parking information (if applicable)
Children supervised (if present)
Pets disclosed before your appointment due to allergies

This helps your appointment begin on time and ensures the best possible experience.

Step 5: Relax & Enjoy Your Service

Your appointment is your time to unwind.

During your visit, you'll enjoy:

Attention to nail health
Customized service recommendations

Whether you're here for a classic manicure, Gel-X, Builder Gel, Hard Gel, or a custom nail design, every service is performed with care and attention to detail.

Step 6: The Finishing Touches

Once your service is complete, we'll:

Take final photos of your nails (with your consent as outlined in your Media Release)
Review aftercare instructions
Answer any questions
Recommend maintenance and future services
Process payment if applicable

✨ PRE-BOOKING — HIGHEST PRIORITY
Clients who pre-book their next appointment before leaving the studio receive the highest booking priority. Pre-booked appointments always take priority over Priority Booking, waitlist requests, and general booking.

💖 PRIORITY BOOKING
Priority Booking gives eligible clients early access to upcoming appointments before the general booking calendar opens. It’s the next-best way to secure your preferred date and time when you aren’t able to pre-book.

🔔 WAITLIST
Can’t find the date or time you want? Join the Waitlist! If an appointment becomes available due to a cancellation or schedule change, waitlisted clients may be contacted before the opening is released to general booking.

Joining the Waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Openings are offered based on availability and applicable booking priority.

📅 GENERAL BOOKING
After pre-booking and Priority Booking access, remaining appointments open to everyone. Availability is first come, first served and is not guaranteed.
