1. Eligibility

The September Jackpot is available to active Keke’s Rewards members who meet the requirements for each eligible activity.

Clients must be enrolled in Keke’s Rewards before bonus Keke Bucks can be awarded.

2. Bonus Keke Bucks

During the promotion, members can earn bonus Keke Bucks for eligible activities:

• Completed eligible appointment: +100 Keke Bucks

• Eligible Pressed On Keke purchase: +50 Keke Bucks

• Successful referral: +250 Keke Bucks

• Eligible client review: +50 Keke Bucks

• Membership purchase: +200 Keke Bucks

• Package purchase: +150 Keke Bucks

• Featured September activity: +50 Keke Bucks

3. Maximum Bonus

Each Rewards member may earn a maximum of 1,000 BONUS Keke Bucks through the September Jackpot.

Once a member reaches 1,000 bonus Keke Bucks, no additional September Jackpot bonuses will be awarded.

Regular Keke Bucks are separate and continue to be earned according to the standard Keke’s Rewards program.

4. Regular Keke Bucks

The September Jackpot does not replace the regular Keke’s Rewards program.

Members continue to earn:

$1 actually paid = 1 regular Keke Buck

Regular Keke Bucks are calculated based on the amount actually paid after applicable discounts or promotions.

5. Appointment Bonus

The appointment bonus is awarded after an eligible appointment has been successfully completed and payment has been processed.

Canceled, refunded, or otherwise ineligible appointments do not qualify.

6. Pressed On Keke Bonus

Eligible Pressed On Keke purchases must be successfully completed during the promotion period.

An order number or other purchase information may be required to verify eligibility.

Refunded or canceled orders do not qualify.

7. Referral Bonus

A referral qualifies when a new client:

1. Provides the referring member's information.

2. Is a qualifying new client.

3. Completes their first eligible appointment or purchase.

4. Successfully completes payment.

The referring member receives 250 Keke Bucks after verification.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals, and referrals using false information do not qualify.

8. Review Bonus

Eligible clients may receive 50 Keke Bucks for completing the official Keke’s Nail Studio review form.

Reviews must represent the client's genuine experience.

Keke’s Nail Studio does not require a positive review in exchange for Keke Bucks.

Duplicate, fraudulent, or spam submissions do not qualify.

9. Membership & Package Bonuses

Purchasing an eligible membership during the promotion earns 200 bonus Keke Bucks.

Purchasing an eligible package during the promotion earns 150 bonus Keke Bucks.

The purchase must be successfully completed and paid for during the promotion period.

The bonus is awarded for the purchase itself and does not repeat each time a membership or package service is used.

10. Verification

Keke’s Nail Studio may verify eligibility before awarding bonus Keke Bucks.

Bonus Bucks may be delayed while an activity, purchase, referral, or review is being verified.

11. Cancellations, Refunds & Reversals

If a transaction that generated bonus Keke Bucks is later canceled, refunded, reversed, or determined to be ineligible, Keke’s Nail Studio may remove the associated bonus Bucks.

12. Redemption

September Jackpot bonus Keke Bucks follow the standard Keke’s Rewards redemption rules.

100 Keke Bucks = $5 off eligible services or purchases.

Keke Bucks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

13. Fraud & Abuse

Keke’s Nail Studio reserves the right to remove bonus Bucks, restrict participation, or terminate Rewards eligibility if fraudulent activity, manipulation, duplicate accounts, or abuse of the promotion is suspected.

14. Changes to the Promotion

Keke’s Nail Studio reserves the right to modify, pause, or end the September Jackpot promotion when necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated through official Keke’s Nail Studio channels.

15. Agreement

By participating in the September Jackpot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Keke’s Rewards guidelines.
