Membership & Package Terms & Agreements

By purchasing a Keke’s Nail Studio membership or package, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the following terms.

1. All Sales Are Final

All membership and package purchases are final and non-refundable.

Please review all membership and package details carefully before purchasing. Purchasing the wrong membership, package, service, or option does not qualify for a refund.

If you are unsure which option is right for you, please contact Keke’s Nail Studio before completing your purchase.

2. Memberships

Memberships provide the services, credits, discounts, upgrades, and other benefits specifically listed with the membership purchased.

Memberships are intended for the purchasing member and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or exchanged unless approved by Keke’s Nail Studio.

Memberships are billed according to the payment schedule stated at enrollment. If a membership includes a recurring payment or minimum commitment, the member agrees to fulfill the applicable commitment.

Unused membership benefits, credits, or discounts do not automatically convert to cash or refunds.

3. Membership Appointments

Memberships do not automatically book appointments. Members are responsible for scheduling their own appointments through the Keke’s Nail Studio booking site.

Membership benefits are applied to eligible services at checkout.

Memberships do not guarantee appointment availability, a specific date, time, or service.

4. VIP Membership

VIP members receive a $65 monthly service credit toward eligible services.

The $65 credit:

• Must be used during the applicable membership month.

• Does not roll over.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Cannot be transferred or shared.

• Cannot be combined with the 20% VIP discount on the same service.

Any remaining balance after the $65 credit is applied is the member’s responsibility.

5. Founders Membership

Founders members receive the 15% Community Discount on eligible services plus the benefits specifically listed with the Founders Membership.

The Founders membership rate remains locked while the membership remains active.

The Community Discount and other membership discounts may not be stacked unless specifically stated.

If a Founders Membership is canceled, the Founders rate and benefits may not be available if the client later rejoins.

6. Essentials Membership

The Essentials Membership is designed for regular nail maintenance.

Members receive 20% off eligible nail fills, along with applicable discounts on qualifying soak-offs, nail repairs, and spa upgrades as listed with the membership.

Benefits are applied at checkout and are subject to service eligibility.

7. Pressed On Keke Membership

Pressed On Keke members receive one Signature Press-On Set per membership month.

Members may upgrade their monthly set to a Deluxe or Luxe set for the applicable upgrade fee.

Members receive 20% off additional eligible Pressed On Keke sets.

Press-on orders must still be submitted according to Keke’s current ordering and fulfillment process. Membership does not automatically create or ship an order.

8. Priority Booking

Membership clients receive priority consideration when appointments are being scheduled.

Keke’s Nail Studio will consider active members before opening remaining availability to non-members whenever possible.

Priority booking does not guarantee a specific appointment date, time, service, or availability.

9. Packages

Packages are paid in full at the time of purchase and may only be used toward the services included in the package.

Unless otherwise stated, packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Package appointments must be scheduled separately. Purchasing a package does not automatically reserve appointments.

Unused package services expire at the end of the applicable validity period and are not refundable.

Package services cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted for another service unless approved by Keke’s Nail Studio.

10. Pricing & Service Changes

Membership and package benefits are based on the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Keke’s Nail Studio may update future membership and package pricing, services, benefits, or offerings.

Changes to future offerings do not create a refund, credit, or adjustment for previously purchased memberships or packages.

11. Card on File

A valid card is required on file for every appointment, including appointments booked using a membership or package.

The card on file may be charged according to Keke’s cancellation, rescheduling, late, no-show, or other applicable studio policies.

No valid card on file = no appointment.

12. Deposits

The current deposit is $10 per service.

Deposits are required when booking membership and package services unless otherwise stated.

If multiple services are booked, the deposit is $10 for each service.

A deposit does not replace or reduce any applicable cancellation, late, or no-show charge.

13. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Membership and package appointments remain subject to Keke’s current cancellation and rescheduling policies.

Failure to follow the applicable cancellation policy may result in loss of the applicable deposit, appointment, package service, or membership benefit.

Repeated cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

14. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their deposit and may be unable to receive the full scheduled service.

The appointment may be shortened, modified, or canceled depending on the remaining appointment time.

15. Keke’s Rewards

Membership enrollment automatically includes participation in Keke’s Rewards, subject to the current Keke’s Rewards terms.

Eligible membership and package purchases may qualify for Keke Bucks according to the current Rewards rules.

Keke Bucks are separate from membership and package benefits and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions unless specifically stated.

16. Discounts & Promotions

Membership and package benefits may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, special offers, packages, or Keke Bucks unless specifically stated.

The Founders Membership’s 15% Community Discount and other membership discounts are not stackable unless expressly stated.

Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period.

17. Spa Upgrades

Spa-upgrade discounts are available only to memberships that specifically include the benefit.

Eligible spa upgrades must be added to a qualifying service and are subject to availability.

Spa upgrade discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless specifically stated.

18. Transfer & Sharing

Memberships, package services, credits, discounts, and included benefits are non-transferable.

They may only be used by the client whose account they were purchased under unless Keke’s Nail Studio provides written approval for an exception.

Sharing, selling, or transferring membership or package benefits is not permitted.

19. Expiration

Package services must be used before the applicable expiration date.

Unless otherwise stated, packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Expired services, credits, or benefits are not refundable and may not be reinstated.

Membership expiration or cancellation is governed by the specific membership terms provided at enrollment.

20. Refunds & Chargebacks

Memberships and packages are non-refundable, including purchases made in error or for the wrong membership, package, service, or option.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid membership or package purchase may result in suspension of booking privileges and termination of associated benefits.

21. Program Changes & Termination

Keke’s Nail Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue membership and package offerings.

Keke’s Nail Studio may terminate or restrict membership or package privileges in cases of fraud, misuse, repeated policy violations, nonpayment, chargebacks, abuse of studio policies, or other circumstances that warrant termination.

22. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Reviewing membership and package details before purchasing.

• Booking appointments before applicable expiration dates.

• Maintaining a valid card on file.

• Following all Keke’s Nail Studio policies.

• Keeping contact information current.

• Understanding which services and benefits are included with their membership or package.

• Asking questions before purchasing if they are unsure which option is appropriate.

23. Agreement

By purchasing a Keke’s Nail Studio membership or package, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable pricing, benefits, service limitations, expiration dates, booking requirements, and policies.

You acknowledge that all membership and package purchases are final and non-refundable, including purchases made in error or for the wrong option.
