When: Friday, Sept 20, 4:15 - 4:30 pm
Limited space, first come first serve basis for large items email to confirm we have space. steam4hc@gmail.com (big screen TV, etc)
Small electronics (batteries, charging wires, cellphones, etc.) can be dropped off at the office any day.
Large electronics: email steam4hc@gmail.com to confirm we have space to accomodate .
This is a service project, donations are accepted for the Keith Green Team.

STEM 4 Compassion 4H Club will be offering hazardous waste collection (e.g. oils, chemicals, sharps, expired medications)
Where: Keith Elementary School, near entranch
When: Apr 30, 3:30 - 5:30 pm on 4/30
What is Hazardous Waste?
· Products containing toxic chemicals like cleaning products, solvents, pesticides, oil-based paints and weed killer.
· Batteries, Light bulbs, fire extinguishers & smoke alarms.
· Expired Medication
Why shouldn't Hazardous Waste be disposed of with your trash or flushed down the toilet or sink?
· These products can be a threat to living beings
· These products can pollute the air, water and soil
How to Identify Hazardous Waste.
· Look for key words on containers such as "Danger", "Caution", "Poison", "Flammable", "Corrosive" or "Use in Well Ventilated Area".
