◆ Introduction

Development team from the interaction design class in the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Keio University (referred to as "our team") built this app as a free app.  The service is provided by our team at no cost and is intended for use as is. Our team respect the privacy of customers and protect personal information in accordance with the following policies. 


If you choose to use  the service,  then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. (The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible in the app unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy)


■ Information Collection and Use

We comply with laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information about the acquisition, use and other handling of personal information.  To be specific, while using our app, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to none. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way. 


The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

■ Use, Management and Protection of Personal Information

We may need you to provide the information including name, age, e-mail address etc., and we will use the personal information you provided for the following purposes:

We will properly manage to protect your personal information, and will not disclose your personal information to third party service providers and individuals  unless for the following reasons and with prior consent of customers:

We want to inform users of this service that in these cases, third parties have access to their  personal information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We will also keep personal information accurate and up to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and make efforts to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss of personal information, destruction, falsification and leakage.


■ Log Data


We want to inform you that whenever you use the service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log  Data. This Log  Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.


■ Cookies


Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.


This service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this service.


■ Security


We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Note that these external sites are not operated by us and we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy/Terms and Conditions of these websites. ■ Children's Privacy


These services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If there is any change, we will make it public on our website, and you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

慶應義塾大学大学院 理工学研究科インタラクション授業内開発チームは、以下の方針に従い、お客様のプライバシーの尊重及び個人情報の保護に努めて参ります｡


■法令の遵守

当社は､個人情報の取得､利用その他の取り扱いについて個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令を遵守します｡


■個人情報の利用目的

当社は､お客様の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等の個人情報をご提供いただく場合があります｡

当社は、法令により例外として取り扱うことが認められている場合を除き、ご提供いただいた個人情報を、以下の目的で利用するものとします｡

･当社がお客様に対しサービスを提供するため

･当社のウェブサイト及びアプリのコンテンツを改良するため

･必要な場合にお客様に連絡をするため

■広告IDについて

広告配信を目的として、固有のIDが利用されており、サイトやアプリからデータが送信されることがあります。この情報から個人が特定されることはありません。

当社は､お客様の個人情報を保護すべく適切な管理を行います｡ 当社は、法令により例外として取り扱うことが認められている場合を除き、あらかじめお客様の同意を得ることなく､個人情報を第三者に提供･開示いたしません｡

当社は､利用目的の達成に必要な範囲において個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保つとともに､個人情報への不正アクセス､個人情報の紛失､破壊､改ざん及び漏えい等の予防に努めます｡
