Keigo FUCHI, Professor of Law, Kobe University, Graduate School of Law

Keigo Fuchi is Professor of Law at Kobe University School of Law. Previously, he was Professor of Law at Gakushuin University in Tokyo, Japan (2001-2015) and Research Associate at the University of Tokyo, Graduate School of Law and Politics (1998-2001). An emerging public law scholar, he was a visiting scholar at East Asian Legal Studies of Harvard Law School (2006-2008) . Fuchi received an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo (1998).

Professor Fuchi's research focuses on comparative public law, including constitutional law, administrative law, and taxation. His work has appeared, among other places, in the University of Pennsylvania Asian Law Review, Chapman Law Review, and Japanese Yearbook of International Law.

憲法29条の意義と機能に関する私法上の概念を視野に入れた研究,憲法上の権利の体系についての比較法研究を中心に,租税法・行政法・国際法等について,広く研究を進めています。

法学部と法科大学院の授業では,主として租税法を担当しています。
