Biography

Abstract of Professional Experience

     My career in academia began with my doctoral research at Beijing Jiaotong University in September 2010, where I conducted full-time independent advanced research. After obtaining my Ph.D. in July 2014, I have continued at the same institution without interruption, advancing from Associate Professor (2014–2019) to full Professor (2019–present). In these roles, I lead independent research programs, supervise graduate students, and hold key leadership positions, including Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Railway Industry of Broadband Mobile Information Communications, China, and the Institute of Modern Communication, Beijing Jiaotong University. 

   My professional path has been further strengthened through significant international engagements, such as an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellowship in Germany (2016–2018), a Guest Professorship at Technische Universität Wien in Austria (2023), and ongoing advisory roles at European research institutions, such as Christian Doppler Laboratory for Digital Twin Assisted AI for Sustainable RAN, Austria and Jožef Stefan Institute, Slovenia. 

    The impact of my work is reflected in major recognitions, including twice receiving the IEEE VTS Neal Shepherd Best Paper Award, and through leadership roles in IEEE and international scientific committees.
