Rabri Kheer is a delicious & lip smacking sweet dish that is made by ready-made rabri, milk, raisins, sugar, rice & nuts. The crunchiness of dry fruits provides unique taste to the kheer.

How to prepare Rabri Kheer:
Step 1) Initially, place cardamoms in a grinder & grind them to prepare a good powder. On other way, rinse the rice completely & soak them in water for half an hour. Post half an hour, drain out excess water & then coarsely grind the rice utilising a grinder.
Step 2) Now, add milk in a deep-bottomed pan & put it with low flame. Bring it to a boil & allow it to simmer for two to three mins. Once the milk begins simmering, drop coarsely grind rice & stir properly. Next stir the milk at an interval of every one to two mins & keep the flame to medium.
Step 3) Then, put cashews & almonds over a chopping board & finely slice them. Once the rice are cooked, pour milk in the pan & stir continuously to combine all the components properly. Now, add half amount of sliced cashews, almonds in the mix. Next, drop raisins in the vessel & stir properly.
Step 4) When the rice & dry fruits get tender & the kheer becomes dense, switch off the flame. Next, mix sugar in the vessel & drop cardamom powder. Then close the pan with a lid. Put the vessel beside for like two to three mins till sugar dissolves thoroughly. Open the lid & stir the kheer properly. Next, let the kheer cool down & then add rabri to it.
Step 5) Rabri kheer is now ready. Put the kheer in a bowl & decorate with well sliced cashews & almonds.
