Device to digitize memories of objects
This project aims to create QR codes for physical objects to digitalize memories when scanned. These digital memories, referred to as "Tales of Things," can include videos, stories, and other content that users associate with a specific object. Digitalized memories allow us to link the significance related to the objects, creating an interactive experience for users to connect collective memories with meaningful items.
Select Item: Choose the item you want to digitize.
Access Memory Creation Interface: Open the memory creation interface on an app or website to proceed to the next step.
Input Details: Enter all details associated with the item, such as a title and description. You can also upload media or include any additional information you want.
Preview Memory: Review the details of the memory. Once you are satisfied, submit the memory.
Confirmation: After submission, you will receive a confirmation message.
Encounter Object with QR Code: Locate an item that has a ToTEM QR code.
Scan QR Code: Use a mobile device or a QR scanner application to scan the QR code.
Open Link: Scanning the QR code will prompt a link; open this link in a web browser.
View Digital Memory: Once the link is opened, you can view all the content related to the item.
Interact: All digitalized memories are interactive, allowing you to engage with the content.
