Pricing

Rates (3 night minimum)

$30 a night per person

Minimum of 6 people (can be less, but have to pay for 6).

Sleeps up to 9 (or 11 if some want to double up in queen beds)

Check-in is at 3:00 pm on the first day.

Check-out is at 12:00 pm on the last day.

There is a $100 deposit required to book on the calendar.

Deposit is non-refundable after 90 days before your event.

Events can be rescheduled and the deposit be applied to the future event.

Full payment is required the week before you arrive.

Payment is accepted via cash, check, Zelle or Venmo.
