Because appointments are reserved specifically for you, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Appointments 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.
This policy allows me to respect the time of all clients and maintain a high level of service in a one-on-one setting. Thank you for your understanding.
