Eligibility Procedure:
1 - Both parents and swimmers must sign up for the remind app.

2 - Parents. sign up to volunteer for the team under the volunteer page of this website.
3 - Swim Participation Fee – $376 unless on fee waiver. This fee includes transportation to and from away meets, a team suit, and a team t-shirt, among other things.
4- Order team gear. Info will be provided in the Remind app when the store is open.

remember, jackets and t shirts (and suits) are already ordered by the team, only get those items if you need extra.
5 - Get a sport's physical. all swimmers must be cleared by a doctor to ensure that they are healthy and ready to swim with the team. Click HERE to view the form that must be completed by your doctor and returned to Coach Chris before the first meet of the season. There will also be a day when a doctor will visit the team during practice, and will administer a physical for $25. You must upload your own physical on Aktivate.com also. If you need help with this, please contact me.

8 - Complete the athlete concussion training course found HERE

10 - Swim-a-thon to raise money for the team. Talk to family and friends and ask them to sponsor you. Monday, October 14, is when the swim-a-thon will be hosted. More Info can be found HERE as well as on the fundraising page of this website.
You will be expected to follow the UHSAA Eligibility Rules. In addition to the rules that govern alcohol and tobacco, you have to be academically eligible. You are in school first and foremost to learn. Swimming and other sports come second to your education. Preserve your eligibility by having good attendance, and getting your homework in on time.
Refunds: Students who choose to participate in athletics must realize there are no guarantees regarding playing time or injuries. No participation fees will be refunded after the day prior to the first scheduled meet. A participant dismissed for a disciplinary reason will not receive a refund. Refunds will be only considered for “special” circumstances (i.e., family situation, etc.) and requests must be made to the Principal.
