Welcome to KDPReviewHive, a community platform built to facilitate honest, policy-compliant book reviews. To maintain the integrity of this platform and protect our users, we ask that all members follow the rules and guidelines below.

1. 🛡️ Amazon Review Policy Compliance

KDPReviewHive operates independently of Amazon and is committed to complying with its Customer Review Policies, including but not limited to:

• ❌ No paid reviews or financial incentives of any kind

• ❌ No review swaps (e.g., "you review my book, I’ll review yours")

• ✅ Only verified Amazon customer reviews are accepted

• ✅ All reviews must be honest, unbiased, and original

Users found violating these rules will be permanently removed from the platform.

2. 👤 Eligibility & Registration

• Users must have an active Amazon account capable of leaving verified reviews.

• Registration must be done using a valid email address (preferably Gmail for dashboard access).

• Each person may register only once.

• Multiple registrations for the purpose of gaining extra credits will result in a ban.

3. 🔄 Credit System Rules

• 1 verified review = 1 credit earned (after approval).

• 1 book submission = 1 credit used.

• Credits are non-transferrable and have no monetary value.

• Users may not “gift” or “buy” credits from each other.

4. 🤝 Anonymity and Anti-Collusion

To ensure fairness and avoid policy violations:

• All book assignments are made anonymously — reviewers will not know the author's identity.

• No user will be assigned to review a book by someone they have reviewed or been reviewed by in the past.

• Attempts to coordinate reviews externally, e.g., via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, etc., are strictly prohibited.

🚨 Suspicious activity will result in suspension or permanent removal.

5. ✍️ Review Guidelines

All reviews submitted must:

• Be posted on Amazon.com or the appropriate Amazon marketplace.

• Be at least 100 words in length (preferred, not enforced).

• Reflect your honest opinion about the book.

• Be written in your own words — no AI or plagiarized content.

• Include a screenshot or review URL when submitting proof.

📌 We do not accept:

• Reviews posted on Goodreads, blogs, or other sites.

• Reviews without Amazon links or screenshots.

6. 📤 Book Submission Guidelines

You may submit your book to the Hive if:

• You have at least 1 credit in your account.

• The book is available for purchase or download on Amazon.

• The book is complete and properly formatted.

• You are the author, co-author, or have permission to submit the book.

🛑 We do not accept:

• Adult/erotic content (currently restricted)

Each book can only be submitted once at a time.

7. ⏳ Timelines and Limits

• Users are expected to use the platform after registration. If no user activity till 30 days after registration then the user account will be terminated and user will be removed

• Users to follow amazon review policies and not involve in activities in voilation to the same.

8. 📧 Communication and Support

• All communication from KDPReviewHive will be via email.

• You can contact us through the Contact form on the site.

• We do not provide phone or chat support at this time.

9. 🔐 Privacy and Data Use

• Your email and account information is used only to track reviews and credits.

• We do not share your data with anyone.

• Reviewers will never see the name or contact details of the book submitter, and vice versa.

10. ⚠️ Violations and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove users who violate our policies

• Suspend accounts for suspected manipulation or fraud

• Revoke credits if reviews are found to be fake or unposted

You will be notified via email before any action is taken, unless the violation is severe or intentional.

11. 🆓 Cost and Monetization Policy

KDPReviewHive is a free, volunteer-run platform.
There are no fees, upsells, or paid memberships. If that ever changes, users will be informed and given the option to opt out.

Users have option to buy credits if he needs credits without submitting reviews.

We do not sell data, show ads, or monetize user activity in any way.

12. 📣 Final Disclaimer

KDPReviewHive is not affiliated with Amazon, KDP, or any publisher. We cannot guarantee that submitted books will receive reviews or that reviews will be retained by Amazon.

You use this platform at your own risk, and we are not responsible for changes to Amazon’s review policy or actions taken by Amazon.
