Our KC Storm Soccer athletes have made it to high school!
Here are some highlights by the numbers:
We started out playing Division 10 and each year moved up...to Division 8...then to Division 6...and finally to Division 3 for our last season (all while only playing soccer for 4 months a year)
We finished with an overall record of 38-26-12 over 4 years
We scored 182 goals and only gave up 138 goals
Out of 12 tournaments played, we earned 3 FIRST place finishes and 4 SECOND place finishes
We started with 12 players playing 9v9 in 2020 and kept all 12 for all 4 years (and added some great players along the way when we moved up to 11v11)
For 4 years of competitive soccer the total cost was $1,322/player.
Thank you coaches, parents, siblings, fans, referees, and all of our opponents over the years for all of the wonderful memories!

Philosophy of Play:
KC Storm Soccer will focus on player development and learning to play the game at a skilled, high-quality level. Our priority is teaching young athletes the proper fundamentals of communicating, defending, dribbling, goalkeeping, heading, moving, passing, receiving, and striking the ball. All players will play every position throughout the season to better prepare them for soccer at the next level. Additionally, we expect our players to be coachable, have a positive attitude, maintain composure, have a passion for the game, and work their hardest to get better; these are the intangibles of the game that do not require any talent.
We believe in teaching the game to boys who are willing to work hard and build not only as a soccer player, but as an athlete. If they put in the time and effort, we will be competitive with teams that play year round.
Lastly, our training will not be isolated to soccer. We will emphasize speed and agility as well as community service throughout the season. We are building young athletes who will one day become coaches...teachers...referees...leaders, and it is important that they are taught to give back to their communities and to the game.
