Arnold has coached high school basketball in Missouri for over 22 years. He specializes in developing individual athletes to be successful at the next level of play. In 22 seasons of coaching, his teams earned a 407-232 over-all record, won 9 District Championships, 10 Conference Titles, Arnold was 7-time Conference Coach of the Year, and he developed 10 All-State basketball players. He also spent numerous seasons as a baseball, softball, football, and cross country coach.
At the collegiate level, he was the Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at the University of Saint Mary for three seasons. He also worked basketball summer camps at Central Missouri State University under Coach Kim Anderson and at Mizzou under Coach Quin Snyder. He was the Student Assistant Women’s Basketball under Coach John Pye and the Student Assistant Women's Softball Coach under Pat Summerall at Central Missouri State University.
Arnold earned his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from CMSU and his Master's Degree in Sport Psychology with an emphasis in Positive Coaching from Mizzou. He is currently a High School Athletic Director and loves having the time to coach his kids.
Allsop-Arnold taught high school science and coached middle school and high school teams in Missouri for 12 years, including junior high basketball, high school cross country, and competitive club soccer. She has also coached multiple youth rec sports teams in Boonville and Lee's Summit.
Allsop-Arnold played club soccer for the Gateway Strikers in St. Louis for 9 years and AAU basketball for 5 years. She went on to play 5 varsity sports at John F. Kennedy High School in St. Louis; soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, and track & field. She played basketball and soccer at Millikin University for one year before enlisting in the Army.
She earned her BA in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia where she later earned her MEd in Curriculum and Instruction. She obtained her EdS in Administration from William Woods University. She now lives in Lee's Summit with her husband and kids.
Day is a Lee’s Summit native and played club soccer for a local team called the MCG Renegades. Their team qualified for and went to Regionals in Ohio by placing second in the Missouri State Cup. They also won multiple State Titles playing 3v3; went to Regionals in Vail, Colorado 4 years; and went to Nationals in Orlando, Florida 2 years, finishing in the top 8 teams in the country.
Day went to Lee’s Summit High School and started varsity as a freshman every game of that season. She was captain of the varsity team her junior and senior years, but suffered a severe knee injury in the middle of her junior year, tearing her ACL, LCL, MCL, meniscus, and cracked her femur. That injury took 2 surgeries and 8 months of physical therapy to recover from. After that, she tore her ACL again in preseason of her senior year, requiring another surgery and 6 month recovery time. From there, she opted not to play in college due to the severity of her injuries. Every member of her club team that wanted to play in college did, many of them playing Division 1 at colleges all around the country.
She went on to get a BA in Business from Missouri State University and then credentials in Early Childhood Education from St. Louis Comminity College. She has been the director of a local Early Childhood Facility in Lee’s Summit, Child Prodigy, since 2011. She is married and has three children with her husband, Michael, currently ages 14, 7, and 1.
