What to do?

An error message as shown below will appear. Students can still proceed with their file submissions if they see this message.

Kindly note that such media files are transcoded before they are put into SLS lessons/assignments. This may require some time (about 2 to 3 hours when there are too many files in the transcoding queue). After which you should be able to play those files.
